Wednesday, August 20 - PHOENIX Shareholder's Dinner & Youth Mission Program. The dinner will begin at 5:30 and the program at 6:15. Join us to hear the awesome work and service our youth participated in this summer. There will be NO "Reel to Real" this Wednesday.

Sunday, August 24 - Crosstraining Classes for Middle School (F-26) and Sr. Hi (F-25) at 9:30 AM--Praise Band Practice at 3:00 PM AND our ANNUAL PARENTS' MEETING from 5 - 7:30 p.m. After a FREE dinner for all participants--we'll have an important informational meeting for ALL parents that will include info about "Fine Arts" for students, our Student Ministry handbook, BIG events, trips and fund-raisers for 2008-2009, PLUS separate activities for the teens AND a joint closing worship--so don't miss out!!

Wednesday, August 27 - PHOENIX Supper & Game Night - NO REEL TO REAL FOR YOUTH. Join in the games in the Fellowship Center.

Sunday, August 31 -Regular Crosstraining Classes at 9:30 AM--NO Praise Practice and NO regular Summit--INSTEAD--join us for our "End of Summer Pool Party & Cook Out" at the Hockensmith's from 4 to 7 p.m. Watch the front page for complete info!!

You may reserve your spot NOW for Night of Joy. We will be taking a charter bus on Friday, September 5th and on Saturday, September 6th. To participate in this fun event, fill out a registration form and turn it in along with $40 for your ticket purchase to the student ministry office. Be sure to indicate WHICH NIGHT you wish to attend. The line-up for Friday evening includes: Chris Tomlin, MercyMe, Rebecca St. James, Barlow Girl, Matthew West, Rush of Fools, Brandon Heath and Britt Nichol. The Saturday night line-up is: Casting Crowns, tobyMac, Fred Hammond, Marcos Witt, Mandisa, Aaron Shust, RED, and Pure NRG. There are 40 youth spots available for each evening.
